D.L. Howell Sports Engineering specializes in the planning, design, and construction management of new and renovated sports facilities.  We provide these services for a range of clients, including public and private high schools, Municipal and public recreation leagues and programs, and Universities and Colleges.

We are knowledgeable in the latest natural and artificial turf design, synthetic track and field surfaces, and tennis and basketball out door court surfacing.  We will help the client decide which surface best supports the facility.
